Sugar and restless legs feet syndrome.

I have sometime wondered if my feet gets a sort of a crawling restless sensation under my feet everytime I eat too much of sweet the things., such as chocolate in the evenings or late night before bed time. Its really irritating. Feel I need to constant move my leg. Could be down to too much sugar in thd blood or cortisol or insulin. Not sure maybe its a sign of boring to type B diabetic or something. It doesn't happen often but seems to have more if an affect on me since I stop exercising. Im not over weight or fat at all really and don't eat too much refined sugars or chocolates etc.

It got more apparent if I had eaten something sweet and maybe even something my body had an intolerance to it got worse. Now I quit the harmful fabrics softners and laundry dettergents thatcare on my bedding and clothes etc. Since then my restless legs symptoms are gone suspected it effectsmy nerves.. Not happy about England/ UK allowing all kinds of stupid profit driven company's to allow all kinds of dangerous chemicals in important sops you have next to your skin such as strong cented laundry detergents and conditioners for clothes etc being ridiculously bad poisonus for you. From now on I'm always going to buy brands that are kind to your skinn and natur as they should be more healthy to your wellbeing etc. Also teflon and other non stick pots and pans etc are damaging to your healt and nervous system. Its not your bodys fault that you get issue's like restless feet syndrom etc its the poisoning environment together with bad diets such as too much sugar chemical in food such as colouring preservatives also suspect a lot of them are even cancerous to us all.

    1. I am so glad you figured it out and that you are feeling better, . What a relief that must be. I am also very sensitive to soaps and detergents, so I hear you. I hope you never experience Restless Legs Syndrome symptoms again now that you have eliminated the products that caused the allergic reactions. Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)

      1. Hi . That must be unsettling. Have you talked with your doctor since you began experiencing the tingling/restless sensation? That sensation could be a symptom of so many different health conditions from RLS to diabetes to Multiple Sclerosis, or might be something as simple as a pinched nerve that gets irritated after a long day. But is does sound like it is nerve-related. You'll never know though until you get the ball rolling with your doctor. Your doctor can run blood tests to rule out things like diabetes and then refer you to a neurologist if you still don't have answers. Early detection is key to treating many of these illnesses, so you are smart to question your symptoms and insist on figuring out why this is happening. Please keep me posted, if you don't mind. I will be thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)
