I have suffered with RSL for 8 years since my first pregnancy, it has always been a nuisance in the evening but I could live with it.
Recently though my arms are affected and the severity in my legs is worsening which is really affecting my sleep.
I am going to speak to my doctor next week, is there anything I should be wary of (medications etc)
Thanks

  1. I hope your doctor's appointment went well and that they listened to you.

Everyone's chemistry is different so what works for one person may not work for another. I know, super frustrating!

    1. Hi , thank you for posting this topic! I do hope your appointment with your doctor went well -- did they provide you with any treatment advice for what you're currently experiencing?

If you haven't already, I would recommend checking out these articles on our site about RLS symptoms migrating to other parts of the body, like the arms and hands. It is a real thing, and you're not alone! Several of our Community Health Leaders have experienced RLS symptoms in their arms, hands/fingers, torso, and even the bladder/genital area. I hope these pieces are helpful to you, and that you can find some relief soon!
