Hi! Good question. The short version is that iron levels can be an RLS trigger for some people, but this isn't always the case so sometimes it won't help.

Your best bet would be to talk with your doctor to see if iron deficiency could be a possibility for you. It's best not to start supplements unless a doctor says you need them, as too much iron can be dangerous.
