  1. How interesting that Kaddha helps, . I imagine it would be hard to say exactly why it is effective for you since it seems there might be multiple causes of RLS, but I hope it continues to keep your RLS at bay. The recipe sounds delicious, but anyone who wants to try it should definitely confer with their doctors first. Experts say people should not consume more than one teaspoon or cinnamon a day or eat saffron or clove in large amounts because of potentially dangerous side effects. Apparently, Kaddha can also be dangerous if people under or over boil it. So it is important to know how to prepare it. I am guessing you are a pro at that. We Americans might not be so good at it since it is not a common drink in our culture. Thanks so much for sharing what helps. Wishing you the very best. - Lori (Team Member)

    2. That sounds soothing and worth trying, . Thanks for sharing. - Lori (Team Member)

  2. Dear Ketandoshi
I lived in India for two years and have faith in their alternative treatments. I’ve had restless legs all my life and would love to give your kaddha a try. Can you buy it or are you making it yourself. Ingredients sound healthy and good. What is the recipe if I have to make it myself.
    Thank you for sharing!
    Regards

    1. From what I understand, ginger is considered safe in any amount, . So, that sounds like a great alternative. Best of wishes! - Lori (Team Member)

Thanks Ketandoshi123. I’m going to try your tea with lots of ginger. Will let you know how I get on and THANK YOU for sharing.

  3. I am so happy to hear that you have found something that works for you. Unfortunately, because everyone's chemistry is different, what works for one person doesn't always work for others.

RLS has many different causes and we still don't fully understand what does cause it.

I am googling the drink Kadha and there are some major side effects and can also cause other diseases so I hope that you are working closely with your doctor.

    1. hi Alyssa, the magic portion that I have accidentally created is working wonders..when I go on holidays and I don't have ways to make this then RLS re-appears .so I am dead sure that this actually is the cure..all these ingredients contain electrolytes and that is what is helping me.i think RLS is all about electrolyte deficiency..why don't you try out for yourself and a miracle cud happen..I can guide you how to make this and you can get all your stuff from your local store and make it and drink it for few days at night time and see the difference yourself..and if it helps you ,you can tell others..I just want to help that's all
      bye take care

      1. , one of the things we know about restless legs is there are multiple causes - therefore one treatment does not fit all. It’s so generous of you to offer to help others who are suffering. We also encourage everyone to work with their providers through their treatment process. They should be a partner through the journey. Not only is this good for the patient, but the conversation helps educate the provider community.

Thanks again for being a part of us finding solutions!
