Need help interpreting o2 ring/Vi Health data

I am attaching screenshots from my O2 ring/Vi Health app.

Apart from the rather worrying range of my heartbeat, 43 bpm to >100, I see absolutely loads of motion. Some of that was no doubt when I got up from a visit to the bathroom etc, but most wasn't.

I ave three images but I see I can only upload one.

Is any of this data of any earthly use in helping treat my[img][/img] RLS?

  1. I do have an appointment with the RLS doctor next month.

    1. I am glad to hear it, . Keep us posted, if you don't mind. I'll be thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)

  2. Hi . Unfortunately, we are not medical experts, so we can't give you feedback on your app readings. Have you talked with you doctor about them? My own doctor has said that apps and smartwatches can't accurately measure oxygen levels while sleeping. Still, maybe the readings can give your doctor some clues that will help. Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)
