Pain points

Hi, If you don't find the pain points no drugs in the world will stop it.

To find the points causing rls bend your leg up to your chest you may find the rls sensation comes from the top of your ankle bone, press hard if it hurts this is the point of pain. It's up to you how you deal with this but I use moxibustion, and then after uhave dealt with it another pain point may become apparent.
I've been veartuly pain free for a while now.

  1. I forgot to say you need to stop any strenuous leg activity such as digging the garden running jumping, it just sets them off again.

    1. Hi . I am glad to hear this method is still effective for you. RLS seems to have a variety of causes though, so it might not work for everyone. It is certainly worth a try though since is it harmless. Thanks for sharing. - Lori (Team Member)
