I have suffered from RLS since my 30 and I am now 81. I have osteoarthritis treated by surgery hips and spine and have had bilateral heart surgery and am I’m long termThyroxine.
Last year I read this article on utube:-
Scott Fuller, Magnesium RL and your heart- he recommended a combination of three forms of Magnesium which I bought from Hey Nutrition on Line.
Being an ex-nurse and having an Academic PHD I am not taken in easily but this time things were so bad I had nothing to lose. To my amazement the improvement in my legs was phenomenal and continues to be so mild at most and easily soothed with Diosmin Cream and tens if needed.
I have been through the whole gambit of drugs ie Ropinerol etc and ended up on Morphine because of augmentation after my husband died and I was getting no sleep.
I continue to be amazed and wish I had read this years ago maybe it will help someone else I hope so.
