I recently discovered trigger point massage balls really help ease my symptoms. I put a couple under my back and slide them around to different positions. Turns out that finding the right spots around the spine and shoulders is quite intuitive once you get going. It really seems to stop the rls instantly. I can fall asleep and if rls wakes me again later I just do the same thing for 5 minutes. My first time posting in here but I really wanted to share finding something that actually seems to help.
