Rls

I’ve had restless legs for the last 20 years also have spinal stenosis but if things have gotten a lot worse lately I don’t know what to do and how to take care of it I’m taking ropinirole twice a day sometimes three or four times a day because I can’t take the jerkiness and that it just upsets me so bad trying to get some sleep I don’t know if there’s any other options out there for me or not but my legs do go numb because of the spinal stenosis and maybe that’s what’s making it worse if there’s anybody that there that knows anything better to take please let me know thank you

  1. I am sorry to hear that your RLS has gotten worse. I don't know if you have always been on Ropinirole or if you have tried other medications, so I do apologize if I list things you have tried.

The golden standard for medication treatment for RLS used to be Dopamine Agonists but now it's Alpha-2-delta calcium channel ligands (gabapentin enacarbil, pregabalin, and gabapentin) medications. (I apologize if this is also something you already know)

Have you spoken to your doctor about your symptoms getting worse?
