RLS Removing garlic from diet

I wonder why the medical field does not mention the effects of garlic more often. Our dad suffered for years with RLS. For my part, I have been affected by this terrible condition for the past 15 years. Many sleepless nights!! One of my sisters mentioned a few months ago that removing garlic from her diet had helped with her symptoms. As much as I love garlic and was putting it in almost every meal, I had to try it. What a difference it has made!! 95% of my symptoms are gone!! I did find a study on line (that I can't trace back unfortunately) that mentioned that 3 % of people affected by RLS saw their condition improve with removing garlic from their diet. Worth a try!!

  1. How awesome that you found something that helps, ! Thanks for sharing. There are so many potential causes for RLS and that might mean there are lots of different approaches to treatment that might be successful. It is important to keep an open mind. It always thrills me to hear from people like you who found simple, natural treatments that are effective. Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)
