RLS vs Sinus meds

What has anyone taken for sinus drip that doesn't flare your RLS? Mine gets so painful

  1. Hi . That is a tough one since RLS seems to behave differently in everyone. What aggravates your RLS might not affect someone else. There are several different over-the-counter approaches to treating post nasal drip. Here is a wonderful article from Harvard Health that lists all the options: https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/treatments-for-post-nasal-drip. Trial and error might be your best approach. Is your post nasal drip chronic or do you only experience it when you are sick? I hope this helps and that others chime in and share their own experiences. Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)
