Strange symptoms

Hi,

I’ve had Rls for 17 years since I’m 12 now. Happened after a choke and is increasing really hard lately since I’m back in the city.

My symptoms have been changing a lot to the point that I’m not sure if this is Rls anymore.

The feeling I mainly had in my calf, knees and hips is now all over body (just not the face yet). It feels like if my fascia was boiling bellow my skin.
This feeling went to my heart yesterday and I thought I had a heart attack but nothing happened. The feeling stayed but my heart rate was alright, just a really creepy feeling, scary feeling.

I’m also unable to walk for one week now, the tension in my inner thighs, knees and ankles is unbearable. And still increasing, it feels like my muscles are going to contract to break..this of course creates pee incontinence and other issues.

I’m really concerned about my health right now..

Had anyone experienced this ?
Is it Rls still ?

Thanks,
Bryan

  1. Thanks for your message Lori.
I’ve seen three different neurologist and had different treatments but still struggling with it..it increased as hell since I’m in the city..it probably a good idea to go back to some more natural space near the ocean to sooth myself I think.
But thank for your advice, I’ll go to the ER next time if I manage to get there haha

    1. Hi Bryan (). Many members here have experience changes in their symptoms with RLS sensations in the arms., but it sounds like your changes are much more dramatic than that. Have you ever seen a neurologist or have you seen one lately? It might be wise to make an appointment and see whether MRIs might rule out other health conditions that cause similar symptoms. If ever your symptoms make you feel afraid or unsafe, go right to the ER. Better to play it safe. Keep us posted if you don't mind. I will be thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)
