First of all, I try to adapt my lifestyle as much as possible. Good balance with sports; the right movement at the right time. Healthy eating; not too much sugar and not too much alcohol. Good day rhythm; active in the morning and quiet in the evening when I'm tired.
If all this doesn't work, I still have medication. Since my diagnosis I have taken Pramipexol for three years. But since the beginning of this year I stopped, because my RLS was very quiet. Unfortunately that is not always the case and sometimes I take another Pramipexol. It is my last resort, so I can still sleep a bit and be rested the next day.
