I will try to make this as short as possible. Some of us lean towards sweet treats when the going gets REALLY tough, I do. And yet sugar is one of the trigger nasties.. along with other niceties such as a glass of wine or a coffee. But heck, are we giving ourselves a hard time? After all, Dopamine drugs cause weight gain too. Why should we feel guilty scoffing a yummy sweet treat at 2.00 am when the world is asleep? Body image is the least of our worries. Is chocolate cake not a better option than a whisky or a bunch of dozey drugs? I say go for it people. Make your best cake recipe, slice it into good sized portions & freeze them so that they are always on standby.
Well, yes you may find yourself crunching on frozen cake if one piece didn't hit the spot. Or even if things get really dire rub the frozen cake all over your restless leg area. One way or the other a hunk of cake may just be what you need to quieten the firey dragon. πππ°π©
