How I cured my RLS!

I’ve been health coach for over 30 years, had RLS during 4 pregnancies allowing me no sleep during a time your body truly requires more rest. But, young; I survived.
Doctors offer only drugs. I’m a person who prefers to treat “the cause”.
So, research indicated B12, B6, Folate ( not folic acid), and iron, with Vitamin C for absorption.
Again, I am NOT a physician. I am an average person who has suffered greatly with RLS starting with 4 pregnancies.
I now use Methylated Multi with iron and my RLS is a thing of the past. Other things I do is eat iron-rich foods, limit dairy ( interferes with iron absorption ). I avoid tannins as they, too, interfere with iron absorption.
I hope this helps others… RLS destroys the quality of your life.

  1. I am so glad to hear this, SuBu! For some people, a nutritional deficiency is at the heart of their RLS. Though that's not the case for everyone, it's a huge relief when supplements can do the trick. Thanks so much for sharing with us. I wish you many peaceful nights ahead! -Melissa, team member
