Mayo Clinic Update to RLS Guidelines

There's quite a bit to read with the new information but one of the biggest updates is that dopamine agonists (Pramiprexole, rotigotine, and ropinirole) should no longer be the first line treatment for RLS, it should be alpha2-delta agents (Gabapentin, pregabalin and mirogabalin)
