My complicated life

Fifteen years ago I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I used a cpap machine. I lost enough weight that my sleep doctor said I no longer need it. I was so happy to hear that. However my story doesn't end there. I now deal with rls, and insomnia. This sleep disorder is so complex. I'm working on it. Calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron are my new best friends . Sugar my enemy. I take mirapex and progesterone together to get some sleep. I can relate to being sleep deprived, micro naps. Menopausal symptoms are in the mix. I don't know about you but my story is complicated to say the least.
