What works for my RLS

I've had it for about ten years
I'm a 72 year old man with COPD. So about 5 years ago while In hospital for COPD, I learnt about potassium and bananas being one of the many fruits that have it. And when I choose my meals, instead of ice cream for dessert I picked banana. And to this day, before I go to sleep I always have the biggest freshest one I can find. And I swear by them. I also tried potassium pills from the web and they also did the trick, but I had to stop them as they interfered with my breathing because of the copd. But I found out on Google there are some fruits that contain a lot more potassium than bananas. Give one or two a try. You never know! Good luck.

  1. How awesome, ! If you ever get bored with bananas, there are lots of other fruits and veggies that are high in potassium as well. Thanks for sharing what helps. Best wishes. - Lori (Team Member)
