I have suffered from RLS for more than eight harrowing years now
amnd I've tried practically all forms of remedies including placing
a bar of lavender soap under my bedsheets. It worked for a while,
but then, I noticed that the effect started waning that I decided to
stop it altogether.
One day, I came on an article regarding the calming effect of magnesium plus lavender and I decided to give it a try. I ordered
a 100 ml bottle from the seller and started applying it in my soles
and temple before going to bed, and lo and behold! my RLS including the insomnia that goes with it are both thing of the
past.
Up to now, after almost four months, I'm still applying it and thanks
God, I'm free from RLS and insomnia.
