This worked for me

I had suffered with restless legs for three years. It was particularly bad at night as I was falling asleep and kept me awake until 2 or 3am. I have supper and one night fancied a bowl of cornflakes which I ate about 1 and a half hours before I went to bed. I enjoyed them and had them for the following two nights. It wasn't until the third night that I realised my legs hadn't jumped at all. I continued eating cornflakes each night, getting good nights sleep, until it stopped working. I had had my fill of cornflakes anyway so changed to Weetabix which, to my surprise, also stopped my legs jumping. I now alternate between the two but must admit I would prefer to have some kind of cereal bar to eat instead. The ones I have tried don't work....... That's my experience, I hope it may work for others.

  1. Did you put sugar on the cereal?

    1. Maybe somehow the iron in the cereal is helping you. Glad you are not having symptoms.

      1. Wow, what a great find you have stumbled upon. I wonder what it is exactly about that cereal that is helping you? Very fascinating, I hope that this continues to work for you.

        1. , that’s definitely one I have never heard. I wonder why that has worked for you? But it’s certainly a simple thing for folks to try if they are looking for easy treatments. Thanks so much for sharing!
