I had suffered with restless legs for three years. It was particularly bad at night as I was falling asleep and kept me awake until 2 or 3am. I have supper and one night fancied a bowl of cornflakes which I ate about 1 and a half hours before I went to bed. I enjoyed them and had them for the following two nights. It wasn't until the third night that I realised my legs hadn't jumped at all. I continued eating cornflakes each night, getting good nights sleep, until it stopped working. I had had my fill of cornflakes anyway so changed to Weetabix which, to my surprise, also stopped my legs jumping. I now alternate between the two but must admit I would prefer to have some kind of cereal bar to eat instead. The ones I have tried don't work....... That's my experience, I hope it may work for others.
