No RLS for the 3 days this is not a fluke.

Just seeing if this goes through.

  1. Sorry for the delay in replying, 9900. I have made significant changes in diet as well as taking supplements specifically for RLS relief beginning in June 2023. I still have breakthrough episodes with RLS but at the moment seem to have my RLS under control about 95% of the time without having to use any of the additional tools I have available. My RLS still begins about 3 pm almost every afternoon but most of the time I can quiet it by taking Seratame and additional magnesium. Although augmentation from 4 mg. Requip daily began my recent journey of diet and med changes, I am still taking 1 mg. Requip daily at 6 pm at the request of my physician. I keep everything ready in case my RLS becomes severe and/or more frequent because there always seems to be a time element to every remedy.

Hi . didn't post any further in this forum, but here are links to a couple of forums where he has shared what helps him: https://restlesslegssyndrome.sleep-disorders.net/forums/rl-which-part-of-the-leg, https://restlesslegssyndrome.sleep-disorders.net/forums/overuse and https://restlesslegssyndrome.sleep-disorders.net/members/communitymemberaa9900/status/133658#upsr-110603. If you read all three, you should get a sense of it. I hope this helps. Warmly, Lori (Team Member)
