RL which part of the leg

First you need to ascertain where the pain coming from so bring your knee up to your chest pulling with your hands hold till you get a pulse if it's the lower leg press hard above the ankle bone see if it's painful this is the problem🤔,if the pulsing is above the knee this is a bigger problem.
If it's above the ankle give it a good rub with some pain gell or cream if this won't completely get rid of it but may help.
Otherwise we are talking moxibustion to fix it.

    1. Hi Howard (). How creative of you! I am glad you found something that helps and that you were able to make one of your own when it stopped working. Your posts were pending approval because they had imagine attached. I am usually pretty quick to approve them, but I was off for a few days. My apologies. I deleted the extra images. Thanks for sharing what helps! Best wishes. - Lori (Team Member)

  2. Hi,I'm nearly 80, I was diagnosed coeliac condition in 1990 twenty years to late with malnutrition peripheral neuropathy suspect b12 deficiency ect, When I was in my twenties started getting Rl when I used my legs a lot ,so now I've got a few gadgets to keep on top of Rl, the T_subo I can find the pain point at night And get some sleep. See photos.the stuck is a vibrating stick with a magnetic steel ball. I use to find spot which is very painful and go round and around it till the sensation fades. ;As you can see its taped up and worn out and not available now so I've made one from a £6 7inch vibrator with a steel ball heat glued on the end.🤔Cheers Howard
