Tips for rls

I’ve had rls for many years. My go prescribed quinine which helped for months then effect wore off! I was put on antidepressants which made it worse, was so sick of pacing the floor in the middle of night. I went on morphine for pain which was amazing for my rls but then my body needed more morphine but my go was not prepared to give me. I cried and cried for many months, then by chance I started to massage above my knees and both legs started to feel heavy and so relaxing. I soo this every time my legs start so I massage above my knees then I am able to get a good nights sleep .
I hope I can help someone with trying this, it’s been a godsend.

  1. How awesome that you found a nonmedicinal treatment that helps, , and how very kind of you to share your story here. I hope massage continues to be effective and that others benefit from your post. Warm wishes. - Lori (Team Member)
