The one thing I have heard some people here in the community mention is lavender oil. Lavender is known to have a relaxing, soothing effect and can be used to help you sleep. Oils never really worked for me, but everyone is different so it could be worth a try! Peppermint oil has a cooling effect. It's important to research a good quality oil -- there are a lot of cheap and counterfeit products out there, so be careful.
