Nidra (TOMAC)

Isn’t this product exorbitantly priced, or am I crazy? Isn’t this company taking advantage of us who suffer? $7,500 + another $75 per month for supplies!

  1. Yeah, that's ridiculously expensive. Maybe it's a manufacturing issue, where they only made a certain amount and so they want to recoup the production costs. I don't know. It's not even close to pricing for other medical equipment. I'm crossing my fingers for more affordable options soon. -Melissa, team member

    1. It feels like this Nidra (TOMAC) company is taking unfair advantage of those of us suffering from RLS.
PLUS add to the $7,500 the $75 monthly cost for repetitive orders to keep it working.

  2. Agreed!

  3. I agree, ! It was only recently approved by the FDA, so, hopefully, it will soon be covered by insurance. I wonder what the return policy is. It doesn't work for everyone. It would be awful to buy it, learn it's not effective and then be unable to return it. - Lori (Team Member)

    1. Their patient support site (www.nidrarls.com)says that there's a 45-day trial period, and that if "you and your doctor" feel that it's not the right therapy for you, you can return it for a full refund. I'm sure there's some red tape involved, but it's nice to know there is a way to get your money back! -Melissa, team member
