Found my solution for restless legs and neuropathy

Hi,
I thought I would pass on my finding for what resolved my restless legs and neuropathy of my feet.

I have been dealing with restless legs and neuropathy of my feet for many years. I did need to get a knee and hip replacement but was still having issues on rehab and relining on a walker still. I switched my office chair for one that has a rocking action, I work from home doing PC support, after changing to that chair within 2 weeks my walk was much better only needing a cane. I ran out of gabapentin, so I decided to try to go without it. I have not needed it since. By using the rocking monition consistently in an 8 hr shift, my calf and lower thigh muscles have gotten a workout. I determined that this was the better exercise beyond doing 10 repetitions of each exercise twice a day the physical therapist gave me. After two months I still do not need the gabapentin. It has now been 3 months since I changed chairs, and my mobility has greatly improved - no longer needing any canes or walker. My leg and feet issues have been totally resolved.
