red light therapy

has anyone tried red light therapy for RLS

  1. the traZOdone 25MG is helping a lot have you posted it for the RLS community

    1. Hi . Even though trazodone is often prescribed for people with sleep disorders, it is not an FDA approved treatment. So, it's not on the list that was compiled by our editorial team. That's why it's so important for people to share what has helped them here. Someone else might see this post and ask their own doctor about trazodone and it might bring them relief. So thank you for sharing. - Lori (Team Member)

  2. how do i know if anyone responded to the red light query is there a way to look it up?

    1. Hi . You should get notifications in your email. You can also check your notifications by clicking on the blue circle icon at the top right of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear when you click on it. Just select "notifications." Here is a link to this post as wel: https://restlesslegssyndrome.sleep-disorders.net/forums/red-light-therapy. You can bookmark it and check it that way. I hope this helps. It might be a while before you get responses if not many people have tried it. - Lori (Team Member)

  3. Hi . I recall others posting about red light therapy, but I haven't found anythingin our archives. I hope you get some feedback from others in the community. Has your doctor recommended it or is this something you are thinking about trying on your own? Warm wishes. - Lori (Team Member)
