Relief From RLS at Bedtime

My husband purchased a hot tub, which sits on the patio just outside our bedroom. Most nights, I go in for about 10 minutes before bed, and it is amazing how it relaxes strained muscles. It gives almost instant relief. If the RLS starts acting up in the middle of the night, I "hop" into the tub again for relief. I come back to bed and fall asleep. I don't know what I would do without the hot tub. The bathtub simply isn't as effective, but if I am somewhere where I have only a bathroom tub, I fill the tub and add -1/4 cup of Epsom Salts, and it does make a difference.

  1. That sounds so relaxing, especially in the middle of the night. I'm glad you found something that brings you relief. Thanks for sharing! Best wishes. - Lori (Team Member)
