Grounding Mat for RLS
I have suffered with RLS for 40 years. I am now 74 and just recently purchased a grounding mat for our bed. My symptoms are the worst at night in bed. After sleeping on this mat for 4 nights, I have not had one episode. It might be too soon to tell but after all these years, I may have found a solution that works for me. Has anyone else tried a grounding sheet or mat? If this works, I can’t believe I suffered all these years.

! I'm so excited to hear that you've found something that works after so many years. I have to be honest, I've never heard of a grounding mat or sheet, and we don't seem to have any information about them here on the site. Are you able to tell us a bit about how it works, or what you decided to buy? I'm sure others would be curious, too.

Bella.....new to the forum but severe rls personI have only had rls since last summer. When also had other medical problems.
But just been put on GABAPENTIN and boy, does it work. Am still waiting 4 my Grounding Sheet but if that works maybe I can stop the drugs ! Bella @I'm glad gabapentin works for you, but I hope the grounding mat helps as well. Fingers crossed! - Lori (Team Member)
