My RLS meds

Hi all
I suffered with RLS for years. My legs begin to twitch and then shortly start to jump uncontrollably 3 feet in the air, flailing wildly. It all started when I was in my 40s and I am 68 now. Life was unbearable.
After trying EVERYTHING… I have finally found some meditation that completely eliminates my RLS symptoms. Note these are controlled narcotic prescription drugs
2 tablets 50mg Tramadol 2 hrs before bed
2 tablets 3.75mg Clorazepate 1 hour before bed.
Sleep like a baby.

  1. The tramadol is a surefire way to get rid of rls. After all, rls is technically a type of pain.

    1. I've just been reading the side effects of Trimidol. Have you suffered any or do you think they're subdued by taking the clorazepate?

      1. Wow, you had some very intense RLS. I am super glad that you have found a combination of medications works for you so well that it has eliminated symptoms altogether for you! Here's to sleeping well, cheers!

        1. , you are a great example that it is a process to find the right treatment and sometimes quite a long one. I’m so glad you hung in there and found something that works for you. Keep sleeping well!
